Australian Fronto-Temporal Dementia Association

Australian Fronto-Temporal Dementia Association (AFTDA) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness and providing support to people living with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), either those with a diagnosis and their families, friends, and carers.

FTD is a young-onset dementia, typically occuring between 45 and 65 years of age. Many thousands of Australians are thought to be suffering from this condition.
