Dementia Australia's facilitators have specialist knowledge, skills and experience. This session is designed to involve an interpreter, but it can be delivered without an interpreter.
You will gain knowledge in:
- common symptoms of dementia
- brain and heart health to help reduce the risk of developing dementia
- how to live well with dementia including available support.
Suitable for: Members of the general public from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who are concerned about their memory and dementia or who are worried that someone they know may have dementia.

This session is not suitable for professional carers or people employed in the health or aged care industries. The resources, content and delivery will not meet the needs of professionals.
