A New Era for HealthStream

Health Stream has been published since 1996. It was initiated by the Co-operative Research Centre for Water Quality and Treatment (CRCWQT) and continued in Water Quality Research Australia (WQRA) from 2008-2013. WaterRA recognised the valuable contribution this publication makes to the water industry globally, and has committed to continuing its production.

Health Stream is available to all staff of WaterRA Member organisations and individual paid subscribers, and accessible via login.

Health Stream was produced by Dr Martha Sinclair and team at Monash University for its first 15 years and is now produced by Prof. Nicholas Ashbolt (Southern Cross University) and Dr Daniel Deere (WaterFutures).

Inside Issue 107, Eric Vanweydeveld reports on the management of drinking water supplies in First Nations remote communities in the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland. The report highlights the ongoing challenges faced in providing drinking water in remote First Nations communities in Australia.
